It's been confirmed that Krysten Ritter is returning as Jessica Jones in Born Again season 2.

"It's so great to be back, returning to Jessica after three seasons and 'The Defenders' and now joining the MCU," Ritter said. "I'm so excited to bring back this iconic character, and without giving too much away, there is much more in store for Jessica Jones. This is going to be an incredible season!"

Daredevil is obviously the best part of the old Netflixverse for me.

But Jessica Jones is a fairly close second. Whether it's a guest appearance in DBA season 02 or returning to her own show, Ritter's return is good news in my book.

There's no word yet on whether other Netflixverse characters will join Daredevil's army. So far the confirmed names are:

•   Daredevil
•   Punisher
•   Jessica Jones

Some people think Bullseye will also side with Matt against Fisk, which could make for an interesting uneasy-alliance dynamic. Jack Duquesne/Sworsdman featured in a minor role in BA season 1 and was shown imprisoned along with the Punisher in the final episode, so it's a safe bet that he'll join Matt's team. BA season 1 also set Angela del Toro up to inherit the mantle of White Tiger from her uncle, so I can see her joining DD's army.

Elektra, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Colleen Wing and Misty Knight could also be on the cards, provided Marvel Studios was willing to resurrect their Netflix incarnations. Drawing from other Disney+ MCU shows, Echo and the Kate Bishop Hawkeye are also possibilities.

Spider-Man sided with Daredevil's team in the Devil's Reign comic storyline, and he was mentioned in BA season 1. But I won't hold my breath on Tom Holland making an appearance.
