I watched Deadpool & Wolverine. If I hadn't seen pictures of him in advance, I don't think I would've spotted Bullseye. Here are some clear images of his costume, which is obviously modelled on the Colin Farrell version. The actor portraying him is British stuntman Curtis Rowland Small, making Small the third live action Bullseye after Farrell and Bethel.

Here he is with the Russian and Toad. Does the Russian's presence indicate that the Punisher killed in the Void was meant to be Jane's version? I think it more likely this is a new variant, since A) Kevin Nash's Russian didn't have a beard, and B) Nash's Russian was killed in the 2004 movie.

I wish they'd shown more of Bullseye's fight with Elektra. At several points during the battle in the Void you can see Elektra fighting him, but only ever in the background. Later we see his corpse lying on the ground after Elektra killed him. Even if this wasn't the same Bullseye Garner's Elektra fought in Daredevil '03 (more likely he's a variant from another reality) their fight still serves as a rematch. Elektra finally got her revenge twenty-one years after Bullseye killed her. I wish the movie had highlighted that more.
