A comic about Batman where every issue is like self contained sort of like BTAS or the movies even instead of being some long drawn out thing over several issues? If so what is it? Please and thank you.

Generally, the Batman comics of the '60s, '70s, '80s and even early '90s are like that. You'll occasionally get multi-issue arcs, but nothing like today. Usually it's just long-term story elements that gestate in the background.

The comics based on BTAS are even more self-contained, with no multi-part stories at all, to my knowledge.
