My friend invited me to join him at the Comikaze Expo in Los Angeles this Saturday.

Mark Hamill will be there to promote the upcoming movie, Sushi Girl, and there will be a panel on writing the World of Batman with Gregg Hurwitz (Penguin: Pain and Prejudice) and Kyle Higgins (Batman: Gates of Gotham).  Can't make any promises about interviews, but if anyone has any questions for these fine gentlemen, let me know and I'll see if I can ask them.

That awkward moment when you remember the only Batman who's never killed is George Clooney...

That sounds cool. I will PM you later.

Alright, I wasn't able to get into the panel with Mark Hamill (he was there to promote the movie Sushi Girl), but I made up for it by going to the DC 52 panel that was going on at the same time.

Overall, a fun experience.  No big announcements, but Higgins and Hurwitz dropped a couple hints of what's to come, Higgins gave some interesting trivia regarding the BTAS version of Nightwing, and Hurwitz answered a question I asked on behalf of Paul about the possible influence of Batman Returns on Penguin: Pain and Prejudice.

Here's the article.  Paul, feel free to shorten the title if you'd like, as well as tweet a thank you to Hurwitz and Higgins for sharing.

First class man! A fantastic report. I will definitely tweet it on - it will be nice to get a response on it.
