Thank you so much for posting these incredible shots, The Dark Knight! 8)
I am SO glad to know there is a lot more material of Burton's Batman movies out there.

Now if only TASCHEN, the book publisher, would take on to make a book on his two movies
as elaborate and beautiful as their Stanley Kubrick books.

No problem.

Here are the rest:

Wow, these are amazing! I wonder why they've never been released before.
It's quite hard to tell if it's Lea or Keaton in the suit of some of these pics. They really do look alike from a distance. I wonder if that's DeVito's stunt double in the Penguin makeup.

And there's the Adam West Batmobile behind Lea in the penultimate picture! I remember reading in interviews about how Lea got hold of it and was driving it round the set. That's one behind the scenes picture I've always wanted to see.

Thanks for sharing these The Dark Knight.

This pic made me laugh.

Fantastic pics. I know there's no point to ask where you got them, but thanks for sharing anyway.

I don't know if anyone has seen this before. It's not a still, but a matte painting.

And yes, it is legit from the film.

Edit: I found this other picture, it's from B89 but what the heck, I haven't seen it:

Nice find TDK. There are a few photos in the gallery that complement those, especially where the matte painting is being created.

Anyone else noticed the easter egg Batman in the city?

I see it now. Good eyes.

Beautiful, beautiful pictures! It's nice to finally see the matte painting in such detail.
