It's about 18 to 20 seconds into "I Am Not A Hero".
Why is there always someone who bring eggs and tomatoes to a speech?

I'm not hearing it either, and I've been listening to it over and over.    :-\

From the 3min 11sec mark it sounds like Descent into Mystery

On the youtube you posted listen at 15 seconds to the melody, it's subtle.

Yep. The beginning of Like a Dog Chasing Cars has a similar vibe as well.

Ok, I finally hear what you guys have been referring to. I don't think it's an homage. I think it's just a musical coincidence, at best. And quite frankly, it's a stretch to even call it a similarity.

The Joker in a room full of mobsters. The feeling was the same.
Neither side on the same page. The mobsters disgusted by Joker.

Simialrity or not, it IS the same notes. Regardless of whether it was intended or coincidence, it is one of my favorite moments from the score.

How about the remotely controlled Tumbler in TDK? Did Batman had the remotely controlled batmobile in the comic books or was it something made up for the 89 movie?
