why would there be lagging problems if everyone started their movie at the same time? (not sure what ntsc is)

this was probably posted before but in case anyone doesn't know, the Batman Lego game uses the 1989 movie score throughout the whole game - very cool

i agree on the batwing up against the moon scene -

also love the 1st scene on the roof when the batarang opens in his hand, he whips it at the thugs feet and then drags him back toward him across the gravel

anyone remember a c64 title where robin was tied to a rollercoaster track and you had to save him? - i could never figure out how to do it - guess he got crunched

the c64 movie game was great tho - figuring out the chemical combinations and shooting the harpoon from the batmobile to make turns

wish there was a game for todays systems but based on the 1st movie

both great but the 92 suit is more streamlined - looks like he could do more in it - and on that note the new suit in dark knight looks far too like a motocross outfit - the black on black emblem is barely a factor anymore which bugs me - the cowl looks like a weird helmet - gets all narrow at the neck so he looks like his head is too big for the rest of his body - and they've made the whole mouth area look weird by shrinking it so much

wonder if gotham city will look like some weird version of thailand again

also can't imagine the horse chase squence working as it's described in the special edition -

and can you imagine sean young as vicki vale? - i guess she could have been ok in that role - she handled blade runner well

still can't see marlon wayans as robin - they said he was cast for batman returns - hard to imagine that working

i guess the sale of the bat symbol shirts by vendors around nyc weeks, (possibly months?) before the opening in 89 is what i remember most hype-wise - i mean i knew it'd be a big deal for me when it finally opened but to see the whole country sort of preparing for it was just something i'd never seen happen before with a film - it was like you could hear the thunder in the distance and couldn't wait for the storm to slam down!

what i saw in the previews made it all the more OK to start celebrating this film way before it actually opened - i went in to watch it on opening day knowing it would be great - and it's just as great today

wish i'd kept a count of how many times i've watched it though - doubt i can use the word hundreds for any other movie - maybe the blues brothers?
