I dont know if I ever believed this tbh, I mean it makes sense but I think Max is just too good of a character to have not been used!
Now, having Dent show up at the end and flip a coin, now that would have been INSANE!  Seriously, imagine it, I dont know where it could fit in, maybe have the limo drive by and stop at the Arctic Zoo, but maybe its too similar to the ending we got which IMO is perfect for Keaton's send-off, hell it chokes me up when I see it sometimes...its perfect.

Nope, I enjoy it more myself;

Batman Returns
Batman Forever/Batman 89
Batman: Mask Of The Phantasm
Batman & Robin

-------
The Dark Knight Rises
The Dark Knight
Batman Begins

Though Affleck is gonna be right up there soon enough, I can safely say

One word;

STOKED!

That is all....

Seriously though, so excited for this, wanna see elements from everything; I wanna see easter eggs galore, I wanna see pieces of the first two Arkham games thrown in, I wanna see the badass-ery of Keaton and Vilmer, I wanna see pieces from comics we haven't seen adapted yet (Noel, Court Of Owls, ect).
I would also kill to see Matt Haggan in it too: Affleck, give me ClayFace!!

Assuming we'll be seeing some sort of teaser for this at ComicCon this weekend.
Tbh Im not TOO bothered about this flick, well apart from the areas that Batman shows up  ;)

I dont know how anyone could NOT be siked for this!!

I am so excited to finally see a proper Batman film again; Ben looks the part, maybe better than anyone ever before, he looks like he's been ripped straight out of the comics!
Cavil looks VERY Superman here, so again thats a plus, and with this not being an origin story as such, we can just get into it from the get go and rampage, which I feel is always best for a CBM.

WW looks cool too, know very little about her character, but she looks the part and fits in.

So excited for this though, not too keen on Luthor I have to say, but its still early days in a way - hoping we see another trailer come next Saturday at CC, I want to see some of Batman in action, and maybe a clue as to who/what the spam of the story is.

Decided to go and watch walkthrough videos because heaven knows how long it'll be till I buy a PS4 haha!

Erm Im not too sure what to say about it, obviously no spoilers, but personally I didn't think it was as good as the last three, especially not as good as City.  I felt like the character of Batman was different from the one we saw in the last three games; he's way too stubborn to the point I started getting pissed at him and it didn't make sense why he'd go alone at points.

I felt the story was very convoluted and was a little TOO big and out there, not to mention I found characters would almost be forgotten about for large chunks of time then randomly pop up again and you yourself totally forget they even existed in the game.

My last gripe is with the batmobile, I saw a review which put it perfectly: its fun initially to wade through the city in the batmobile, but after a while it gets repetitive and you'd much rather do it by air (glide), and it'd be quicker to do this too, so they spend so much of the game trying to justify having the car in it.
The tank spots were SO boring and seemed to go on for ages!

But what I did like was the visuals, and the inclusion of so many characters, not just the story but side missions too.  And yeah, likes been said, the endings are really cool.

I'd like to see more Arkham games, maybe set them in the past like Origins, but tbh I dont think they'll ever beat City, that game I think is gonna live on as THE Batman game for a long time

Probably the rooftop fight sequence with Catwoman in BR.

From the whole series, though?

Possibly BF's gala. Batman jumping through the skylight, fighting the goons and getting kissed by Chase. Climbing the building and jumping off into Two-Face's trap to survive the fire is pretty awesome. Schumacher did deliver a great sequence there.

Oh man Forever (and even B&R) had some great action sequences!

That one you mentioned is great, the opening to both films are incredible too; gets you right into the film, no waiting or epilogue or anything like that, its straight to Batman and Robin, villain and BANG!

I love the sky surfing scene in B&R, its just pure fun and yeah, just so crazy but so comic-book too, great opening piece.

Number one has to be the opening of Returns, the intro of the Red Triangle Gang and Batman just coming in and slaying them all!  My favourite scene in any film, just super cool and always gets me.

The second time he takes out the RTG too ("Burn Baby Burn!") is also so awesome, again always gets me, and even the ending, Batman coming down that zipline has ALWAYS enthralled me.

As for 89 Im not sure, I love the entire Church sequence, so dark and gothic, and I love how Batman is wounded, adds so much to it.

Misc. Burton / Re: Keaton BATMAN 3 maquettes?
Wed, 17 Jun 2015, 00:49
After watching some new BF interviews that have surfaced in the last week or so, its really starting to seem that Keaton dropped out late in the game, so maybe these are legit, maybe Keaton's involvement was much longer than anyone has every really let on.

I cant really imagine Keaton in either of Kilmer's suits, it worked for Val cause he kinda had the body for it and was much more bulky and built than Keaton was

Misc. Schumacher / Re: Batman Unchained

Damn, "DarKnight" sounds SO good!
Would have loved to have seen it made, I also remember hearing that there was plans for a Batman where Clint Eastwood would play him; I'm not sure whether it'd be a TDKR film or even Batman Beyond.

But I really think WB need someone behind it all, I hope Snyder takes that role; I want to see a slew of Batman films, films that lead into eachother.  Make things make sense, do what Marvel do, but have it be more consistent.
My only gripe with AOU was how Thor literally explained everything that was needed to be known in reference to Thanos, things that he could in no way know, I feel that these pieces could have easily been passed out during the last phase if it had been fully thought-out and planned.

I wanna see like cliffhangers for films; end a film with Matt Hagan being dropped into what would make him Clayface, or whatever, have criminals escape Arkham and the next film reference them, have them be a big deal!
I like to think they're doing something similar with SS, what with Batman showing up there, hopefully they have something planned for all of this.

But more on-topic I guess haha - 'Unchained' sounds good, not sure on the name but Im sure it would have been cool and I would have enjoyed it haha.  I always have liked Clooney as Batman, no matter whats said, I think he did a great job for what the film was, and if he was given maybe a darker film and a darker role he would have nailed it and become even bigger than he is now.  Hell, maybe he'd be the one to over-through Keaton, we'll just never know sadly (same can be said for Val to an extent).

Scarecrow would have been cool, not TOO big on Harley, but if it means we'd see Joker then I would be all for that.  The ending seems ambitious, with all those cameos, I doubt we'd have seen that tbh and the cave/bat swarming thing sounds SO Nolan haha!
