I have no idea where to do or who to ask. I wish to commission a personal edit of Superman 2. It is a mostly Donner version with a new ending. Is there anyone out here that knows to get in touch with anyone that does this stuff? I need an editor who can do all that and clean images up and apply music as I wish to employ at least one deleted scene. I don't think it would be the most complex edit ever. It just cleaning up turn the world back stuff so that it definitely happened in Supes 1 and figuring out a new ending that's probably just letting the downer balcony ending stand as the finish for the film.

Here's a list version of what I'm asking for:

-Donner Cut centered

-HD presentation, up conversion of deleted scene (arctic patrol) required.

-Clean editorial job for Prologue and ending of film. Not looking for drastic re edits of structure or events outside of letting Lex and villains get an epilogue and no time travel redo. Sad balcony ending.

-Will negotiate $$$, please use pay option what will accept pre pay visa gift cards. I guarantee at least 2 zeroes, but if you are looking for 3 zeros you will end to impress me!

I wanted to place this here because I think it is worthy of note that this early draft of the movie is as close to a 'Burton Batman 3' that you'll ever get. We know now that no such thing exists and that while most of the rumors swirling about this project were/are true, they are now rightly attributed to Joel's administration. This draft is the version shown to Robin Williams (who approved and entered negotiations before he was deemed too expensive) and is written with him in mind. The same goes for Bruce, who is being written still as Michael Keaton.

I've only just begun reading this draft and will post opinions as I go along.

First thing I noticed is that Batman Begins borrows the second scene for its own opening sequence. Crazy, right? More soon.

BATMAN ENIGMA, a third Burton story fan series, is out now with issue 1.

Forgive me if this was posted before. I haven't been around in a while.

I was reading through the script dated October 6, 1988 by Hamm/Skaaren because that is the script that was around as they began shooting, and I made a list of all the major scenes that don't make it into the final cut. There aren't that many. In fact, barring some slight line alterations and little beats (Is it Halloween?), I could only count four major scenes, only one of which we know for certain was shot.

1. Alternate Vicki/Bruce date that begins with horseback riding. My feeling is that it was altered before they shot it. So not really a deleted scene.

2. Vicki at Photo Shoot. After setting the wheels in motion on discovering Bruce's secret, "Tony" calls Vicki to a photo shoot promising that the client has info on Batman. Mr. Kerr never shows, but Vicki witnesses the deaths of Amanda Keeler and Candy Walker via Smilex. Was this shot? Very interested in this one.

3. The Apartment/Chase scene, even as they were going into production, was still the big set piece that Hamm had envisioned, however now the scene involved the Mayor being taken hostage, not Dick Grayson. The bits in the apartment are different as well. Bruce has the utility belt with him, which he has to hide from Joker, and the dead flowers surprise is handled before Joker shows up. The gift arrives via postman and Bruce helps Vicki unwrap it. I know that the major chase was not filmed at all, but I wonder if they had done any filming in the apartment before the chase was dropped (budget was the reason, I think.)

4. Knox as Batman. This is the only scene that I know was shot. We have production photos that prove it.

Anybody got anything? I'm most interested in the model death scene because I feel it is possible that they shot it.

Taken from Screen Rant: During the Thor/Captain America panel of Comic-Con 2010, Marvel Studios President of Production confirmed that they had reacquired the film rights to the Punisher franchise. It was later re-confirmed that Marvel had both Punisher and Blade back and were interested in bringing them back in the screen, but there's still been nothing on the film front from either franchise since 2008′s Punisher: War Zone.

While Marvel Studios isn't officially developing any Punisher feature films, the character has returned with a new (unofficial) live-action short film starring someone who's officially played the character of Frank Castle in one of the three films.

On the evening of Saturday, July 14, 2012, actor Thomas Jane and comic book artist Tim Bradstreet hosted their own panel to talk about their comic book related projects, but the highlight of the presentation was something no one saw coming: a Punisher short film made by them, starring Thomas Jane and Ron Perlman. Below is the official panel description.

The special surprise was the called "Dirty Laundry," a film that brings Jane back into the shoes of Frank Castle for the first time in eight years (since playing the character in 2004′s Punisher), a man who lost it all and decided to use his unique skillset to punish evildoers. It's brutally violent and entirely in line with the character. The reveal of the Punisher logo (the new design by Bradstreet) on the shirt at the end was very effective.

Bradstreet's done many comic covers for the Punisher books and worked on posters for both Jane's Punisher movie and War Zone.  He also served as a concept art on Blade II.

After Ray Stevenson's portrayal of the character in Lexi Alexander's Punisher: War Zone failed miserably among critics and at the box office, Lionsgate gave up on the franchise and Marvel got the property back.

The timing of Jane's fan film is interesting since Marvel Studios is proceeding with 'Phase Two' of their franchise, beginning with Iron Man 3, followed by Thor: The Dark World, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Guardians of the Galaxy. With Ant-Man coming as well, where does that leave The Punisher? And could Jane play Frank Castle again?

I don't know if this has come up yet, but, finally after years apart, Michael Keaton and Tim Burton will again bring us a collaboration in the form of Tim Burton's Auto-Remake, Frankenweenie. What's interesting here is that, in fact, the principle cast (with the exception of Alec Baldwin and Genna Davis) of Beetlejuice is going to be in this, including the late Glenn Shadix. The Deetz' are represented, for God's sake! I'm fairly excited
