who, other than me things more of Claw Island should have been explored?

welcome to the board!

Where I think they missed opportunities is having binary riddles with serious consequences to combine the traits of both villains. They kind of did with having Batman choose between Robin and Chase but I'd have had claw island as a series of traps or situations where one of two choices must be made.

I liked the movie but in the finale Robin became more of a hindrance than a help due to getting caught. It would have been interesting if Robin was the foil to the villains plan; them setting up traps in which Batman could only take one route (ie. the Harvey Dent/Rachel traps in TDK) but Robin allowing him to divide and conquer. It almost seemed like the villains were either expecting a second hero or not phased by him. Especially with two face, they could have been clever with it; he is an agent of blind luck and typically situations which have two possibilities (typically one good, the other bad), Batmans way of defeating him could have been by stacking the deck with a sidekick.

I like your idea Riddler.

I think it would be cool to have it in a video game as someone (oh, idk, maybe The Riddler?)'s headquarters, since surely the end of these Arkham video games isn't the end of Batman video gaming (unless fanboys choose to make it that). Batboat engage!

One thing about Claw Island I love is it's theme. Soooo freaking ominous as they approach the island and then it plays again after Two-Face's plunge in an almost triumphant kind of way, intersected with Batsy's theme ("DUM!, Dum dum, DUM DUM DUUUUUM!". Totally love.

I don't mind too much that the Riddler teases clues to the his true identity as a way to taunt Bruce. But it definitely could've been spectacular if the Riddler had set up riddle-themed booby traps for Batman to overcome like in that side quest during Arkham City.

I need to read the novel. All I had was the $3 little book that they sold at our school book fair that my parents took away because I got in trouble at school cause a boy called me a nerd while I was reading it and I punched him in the arm and whacked him in the head with it. He's dead now. But last night? Complete blur. Couldn't you just die?

Oh, wait, where was I again? lol

And welcome!

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA *clap clap clap clap clap!!*

Just saying what kind of moron kid was he? Batman was everywhere in the 90's and most kids everywhere seemed into it. That poor little fool must have clearly never seen the entire aisles at Toys R Us just personally devoted to our pointy eared friend. Such was the power of the franchise. Must have been a lot of nerds in the world back then don't you think?

I don't know! He was a bully to everyone though. And yes, we nerds ruled the world! I miss those days. :( I mean we still do kind of but it has changed you know? It isn't as fun.

I used to do that a lot. One of many Jim Carrey imitations that pissed my mom off. Not as bad as me talking out of my butt at a dinner party though lol.

Maybe that's why I went through a "I hate Jim Carrey" phase. Every time I thought about him it would remind me of not being able to sit down cause my butt was on fire. :( lol

I love Carrey. Back on topic - the whole development of Nygmatech was rushed nothing to everything in a matter of minutes.

I wouldn't mind reading the comic adaptation if I can get it online somewhere.

I was too busy laughing and having a good time with Jim Carrey's antics to really appreciate the set.  :)

In the script I have almost everything there was an illusion. Either Riddler got so powerful or became connected to everyone that he could "Manipulate" reality. This explained (to me) why the room looked so different after batman destoryed the big nygma box thing

I'd also say the place was running on power generated by the brainwaves. When that was destroyed, the lair shut down and became a ruin.
