Since yesterday, there has been a campaign by the official Snyder cut fan community Twitter page to tweet and retweet the hashtag continuously in the lead-up to the unreleased film's two year anniversary. During that time, cast and crew members who worked on the film have been showing their support and contribution in demanding Warner to release the original cut of the film.

Kiersey Clemons, whose role as Barry Allen's love interest Iris West was removed from the theatrical cut, shared this image of the two characters together on her Instagram story. This was also shared on Zack Snyder's Vero page:

Shortly after that, Jason Momoa released this never-before-seen image of Aquaman attacking Steppenwolf on his Instagram. This was a week after he confirmed to MTV News he has seen the Snyder cut and hopes the public gets to see it too:

Ray Porter, who plays Darkseid in the Snyder cut, tweeted this directly at Warner and parent company AT&T a few hours later:

Hello @ATT and @warnerbros.
It sounds like all the gods are shouting with one united voice. #ReleaseTheSnyderCut

Later on, Clay Staub - who worked on the film as a second unit director - shared this sketch of Batfleck and the Batmobile while tweeting this:

Today, Ray Fisher tweeted this in a reference to a scene involving Victor Stone and his mother, as he expresses his support for the Snyder cut:

When you overhear your dean refer to your mom as "Mrs." instead of "Dr." and you know he's about to get DESTROYED! @Karen_Bryson #educatedcharactersofcolor #BORGLIFE #RELEASETHESNYDERCUT

Jay Oliva, the renowned animated director, storyboard artist who worked on the film and one its biggest advocates, once again tweeted his support with his drawing of Superman punching Steppenwolf:

During that time, the fans took to Twitter to tweet the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut hashtag, which was tweeted more than 80,000 times and was ranked 14th in the biggest trends of the day; updated from 60,000 tweets as it was initially reported. https://screenrant.com/justice-league-snyder-cut-trending-releasethesnydercut-worldwide/

Suffice to say, the demand is growing as time goes by.

The biggest takeaway is this is the first time cast members have taken the liberty to share unseen footage. Before that, Snyder always uploaded unreleased photos from his cut on Vero. Who knows if this is a turning point in getting the cut finally released, or an aggressive initiative by some cast and crew members trying to help out and get more people revved up, but every effort counts. We'll see.

QuoteJonathan Nolan: He [Batman] has this one rule, as the Joker says in The Dark Knight. But he does wind up breaking it. Does he break it in the third film?

Christopher Nolan: He breaks it in...

Jonathan Nolan: ...the first two.
