Same way as the film, he records Penguin's voice in the Batmobile and plays it back from the Batcave.

Yes, (he doesn't shoot, he just runs away) and the last page is Bruce and Alfred putting up their Christmas Tree, saying it's going to be a merry Christmas after all.

Ah, what a happy ending (even though it pretty much contrasts w/ the film's ending rather greatly, but hey, I like it)!
