I planned originally to have this out for the 25th anniversary exactly, but a month late isn't too bad. I wrote this sucker and packed it full of everything I've ever wanted to say about Batman '89! I fully analyze the film from first frame to last.

Would you consider doing a similar book on 'Batman Returns'?
I totally could. Would I? Not entirely sure. It's never had the exact same magic of '89 that gripped me in the same way. It's not any less good of a film, actually it's probably better than '89... but the specific hold '89 has on me made it easy to pump this book out over the span of a year. Perhaps I'll get that brave for Returns' 25th.
Truth is, aside from big points, I haven't dissected Returns as closely as I have '89... now you've got me intreagued, Gobbs! ???
