I guess this answers the question if Keaton had a promotional photoshoot.
However, it is still unanswered if that is Lea with a superimposed Keaton set of eyes and mouth area in that one famous promotional poster. I'd like to think it's Keaton.

They are from different photoshoots.  The promotional photos were done using a "twisted tungsten" technique.
