Hmm not sure yet but there is some stuff in the Forever Draft I have that links Returns and Forever :D

I have pretty clear references of this prop  8)

Its one from 94 and it has some differences like Batman hallucinating about Joker Catwoman and Penguin laughing at him as he climbs up riddlers layer. I have to re-read it because I also think I might be confusing it with the novel.

I like it that fans don't stick around only to alter the movie itself but extend to such redo's. One remark though - I would have like it more if it featured Batman's X-marks-the-spot image from the deleted scene, when he got stung on the TV.
