I still think Casino Royale is alot better for alot of reasons.
CR is better, but I do like this film. I wouldn't be surprised if I watched it more than CR, just for the sheer entertainment value. I'm glad they are back in the business of creating quality films.
totally agree!

I have given a name to my pain, and it is BATMAN.

I've been watching this film quite a lot recently. It's pacing is brilliant, there is never a dull moment. The more I see it, the more I like it. I stand by my original review 100%.

Bring on Bond 23!

I didn't like it. It felt like the worst James Bond movie so far.

Worse than Moonraker?  ;)

I actually enjoyed both Craig films a lot. I liked Casino Royale's title song ("You Know My Name") better, though.

Yes, definitely. Moonraker is not a bad James Bond movie.

I enjoyed Casino Royale, but Quantum of Solace was a great disappointment to me. The "Bond Begins" angle was satisfactorally explored and resolved in Casino Royale IMO; there was no need to tack on an unnecessary extention of that concept in the next film. I'm also one of the people who misses the classic Bond elements; the opening gun barrel, the theme, Moneypenny, Q, etc. The Bond series has developed certain ingredients that are cultural landmarks and what set Bond apart; this new direction seems determined to pretend that they are nothing like Bond films and are instead Bourne movies.
