I thought it was already life-size (1:1 scale). :) I may try a Penguin sculpture with a rocket on its back (Batman returns)!  ;) Unless anyone knows of an existing Batman model kit for this?

started the cowl last night, been working on getting the bumps out and smoothing out the surface ...should be ready to begin the stitching tomorrow...also need to add the eyebrows as well...snapped a few shots with my phone....
