Obviously, it's designed for kids. If I was 12, I'd probably enjoy it.

Having said that, it doesn't look as cool as the Batman Stunt Shows I would watch at Six Flags back in the day...

looks like itl be a (comic booky but splattered in schumaucerness) blast.
There is no better Joker. Just different portrayals.
