All Hail Batman!
Added: Mon, 1st May 2017 by Grissom

In a recent interview with Los Angeles Daily News, new Batman helmet Matt Reeves reveals that there are similarities between the Dark Knight and the formidable simian. Reeves said that he was obsessed with Batman as a child and always found the character interesting because "he's not superhuman, he's a person. "

The talented director believes that Batman is a a character who sees a lot wrong with the world and tries to reconcile it. This is similar to how Caesar (played by Andy Serkis) in his two Planet of the Apes films, also views the world and its challenges. It's comforting to know that Reeves has a great respect for the Batman character and we will see how it all plays out on the big screen in the next year or two. Reeves has proven to handle big action set pieces as well as deliver great character arcs, so Batfans are highly anticipating his version of Batman in the new DCEU.
