What if warner bros approached tim burton

Hmmm... I think I'd prefer Schumacher to do the director's cut. Beneath the exterior of Batman Forever is a darker film, carrying over the style of Tim Burton. If anyone could restore it to its original tone, it would be Joel. Burton (as said before) wouldn't be as effective because he had such a limited role.

Now, I know it'd never happen, but I'd like to see a Burton edit of Batman & Robin. The difference between that and 'Forever' is that B&R was intentionally made campy all along, and I'm not even sure a more serious cut could be made. Burton would have his job cut out for him.
